Connect & Cultivate with Christina

Clarity doesn’t require long sessions.

Connect & Cultivate offers 15-minute clarity conversations designed to help you name what’s most present and choose a next step that feels true — no pressure.

The 15-Minute Clarity Method™

The 15-Minute Clarity Method™ is built on the belief that clarity doesn’t require long sessions or constant processing. It works by creating a short, contained space to focus on what’s most present, name what’s actually needed, and anchor a next-step choice.

These sessions are designed to be brief and contained. They are not therapy and are not about ongoing processing; they create space for clarity and forward movement without pressure.

How a Session is Structured

  • Frame the intentional space
  • Clarify facts and noise
  • Name what is needed
  • Anchor one next step
  • Close the contained session

What we can work on

Common focus areas during a clarity session

Burnout / overload
Boundaries (work, family, relationships)
Decision clarity (a choice you keep avoiding)
Transition moments (new job, grief season, identity shift)
“Not now / not today” prioritizing and compartmentalizing

What you’ll leave with

What actually needs your attention — stripped of noise, guilt, and “everything at once” thinking.

A clear right-now focus

Language for what you’re navigating

A way to name your situation so you can think and talk about it more clearly.

Some people use a single session; others return when they feel stuck again. There’s no expectation of ongoing work.

A decision filter (when applicable)

A simple way to evaluate what’s “not now” vs. what needs action today.

Not a long list. One action you can take immediately after the session.

One realistic next step

How it works

A focused, guided process that's designed to respect your time.

Step 1: Book your session

Choose a time that works for you. When you book, you’ll answer 3–5 short prompts to help clarify what you want to focus on.

Step 2: Arrive with one situation

We’ll use your responses to stay focused on one issue. This session isn’t about your full history — it’s about what matters right now.

Step 4: Leave with your next step

  • clarity around your situation
  • one realistic next step you can act on immediately

Step 3: 15-minute guided clarity call

During the call, I’ll guide the conversation using a simple framework to slow the moment, sort the noise, and identify what’s most important.

This is not therapy or crisis support. If you’re navigating an emergency or need clinical care, this session may not be the right fit.

We slow the moment down enough to step out of urgency, noise, and pressure.

This is where breathing room is created.

The Clarity Framework

This framework keeps the conversation focused, grounded, and effective within 15 minutes.

A simple structure that guides every clarity session

We identify what’s actually happening — separating facts, feelings, and assumptions.

This is where the real issue becomes visible.

Clarify

We determine what’s needed now, what can wait, and what your next step should be.

This is where direction replaces spinning.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few things to know before booking

Is this therapy?

No. These sessions are not therapy or clinical treatment. Clarity Sessions are structured, guided conversations focused on reflection, perspective, and next steps. If you’re seeking ongoing therapeutic support or crisis care, this may not be the right fit.

What can we realistically do in 15 minutes?

A lot — when the conversation is focused. We won’t cover your entire story. Instead, we’ll work with one situation to identify what matters most right now and determine a clear next step.

What if I have a lot I want to talk about?

That’s normal. The pre-session prompts help narrow the focus so we can use the time well. If you’re looking for open-ended processing, this session may feel too structured — and that’s okay.

Do I need to prepare anything?

When you book, you’ll answer 3–5 short prompts. That’s all the preparation needed. Come ready to focus on one situation.

What happens after the session?

You’ll leave with clarity, language for what you’re navigating, and one realistic next step. Some clients book another session later; others use the tools independently.

Who is this NOT a good fit for?

Clarity Sessions may not be the right fit if you’re in active crisis, seeking diagnosis or treatment, or wanting unstructured emotional processing.
